In addition to increased awareness and continuous communication to our team about COVID-19, the following are some of the measures we have in place to continue to be a reliable provider of business products, solutions and services to our valued customers, while doing our part to help reduce the potential impact and spread of infection.

Office Products and Supply Orders:

Our Locations:

All visitors and employees are required to follow the guidelines provided by Public Health Authorities including the following:

• Avoid close contact by practicing physical / social distancing;
• Refrain from entering if, in the past 14 days you have travelled internationally and/or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 and/or be sick experiencing flu like symptoms, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.

Limiting Personal Contact:

• We have asked our Sales team to communicate with our customer’s electronically and by telephone. They remain available to help in any way they can.
• Employees with personal requirements and those with responsibilities that can be managed effectively are working from home to support social isolation.
• Our employees have been requested to maintain physical / social distance, avoid handshakes and follow proper hand washing and hygiene protocols.

Technical Support:

• We have allocated our Technical Support resources accordingly in order to provide continued support and minimize interruptions to your business.
• In respect of our health and safety responsibilities we will be suspending non-essential site visits by initially troubleshooting issues remotely. Should an on-site visit be required your technician will coordinate this with you accordingly.

Cleaning & Hygiene:

We have implemented stringent cleaning measures, including increased cleaning of frequently touched surfaces in our locations and vehicles with a focus on personal hygiene through proper and regular handwashing to help limit the spread of infections.

Deliveries:

Our goal is to continue to provide the service you have come to expect, including following the specific health and safety requirements at our customer’s locations. In addition we have asked our delivery team to practice physical / social distancing and contactless delivery whenever possible, this will include not requiring a signature upon delivery.

Supply Chain:

We are working closely with our vendors and suppliers, including the fulfillment of products in short supply, to minimise business disruptions for our valued customers and will continue to monitor this closely.
